2sms adds Service Notifications to Twitter

2sms is delighted to announce that customers wishing to receive real time updates relating to 2sms service availability, outages, network issues and other support items can subscribe to @2smsSupport at Twitter. Customers can optionally add SMS notifications to receive these updates to their mobile phone, and/or subscribe to the 2sms RSS newsfeed.

2sms has updated it's support forum at www.2sms.com/forum. This area is used by customers to pose technical questions to the 2sms IT support team.
